Application Requirements:
- The completed application form
- The completed Private School Aid Service (PSAS) “Student Aid Form” in English or in Spanish. (Student Aid forms must be submitted to PSAS via separate mailing. Please include supporting documents such as your 1040 and W-2. Call our Admissions staff with any questions: 212-996-7000 ext. 207)
- A copy of your 7th and 8th grade report cards (8th and 9th grade report cards for a 10th grade transfer application)
- A copy of your most recent detailed standardized test results
- Character Reference form, completed by your principal, assistant principal or guidance counselor
- A Teacher Recommendation form, completed by a current year teacher teacher
- A copy of your birth certificate
Once we receive all of the above materials, we will review your application and if we determine that you are a strong Cristo Rey candidate, you and your parent(s) will be invited to visit Cristo Rey for an interview and assessment.
Please note: Cristo Rey New York High School DOES NOT require the TACHS exam for admission to our school.
