"Personal Leadership" at Cristo Rey
This week, the 84 members of the Cristo Rey class of 2012 had the first session in an eight-part seminar on “Personal Leadership and Success” developed especially for them by Columbia Business School’s Professor Hitendra Wadhwa, a former McKinsey consultant and a graduate of MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and Dr. Matthias Birk, also a former McKinsey consultant and co-founder of the Institute for Personal Leadership. This popular executive-level course has been adapted to help our students prepare for the transition from Cristo Rey to colleges all over the country.
