Dear Future Cristo Rey Lions,

 

We are Cristo Rey New York High School (CRNYHS) and we are proud to offer an accessible, private, Catholic, high school education and a clear path to college for our students. For the past 18 years, our dedicated faculty and staff has guided 1,211 students through the halls of CRNYHS. Our faculty’s love and passion for teaching, helps provide our graduates the confidence to go on to navigate the halls of Boston College, Dartmouth, Fordham, Georgetown, NYU, Notre Dame, UPenn, and many more.

Our mission is to inspire and prepare students with limited financial resources to succeed in college and lead their communities as compassionate, committed men and women for others. We accomplish this mission every day through an innovative model of education that combines a rigorous college prep curriculum, a unique work-study model, a variety of extracurricular activities, and a faith-based education guided by Cura Personalis, the spirit of care for the individual. CRNYHS is not just a school; it's a community rich in faith, support, and a strong belief in the amazing futures of our Lions.
